I’m Rozlyn - strategist, mom, and believer that the proper structure doesn’t limit your creativity… it unlocks it.
Before launching Rozlyn Paige & Co., I spent nearly two decades in corporate sales, service, and leadership. I led teams, built strategic plans, and helped organizations operate with clarity and consistency - skills I didn’t realize would become the backbone of my work today.
My path shifted when I became a Virtual Assistant for mompreneurs who were stuck in constant overwhelm. They didn’t lack ideas or drive - they lacked systems, workflows, and automation that actually supported the way their ADHD brains worked.
As I stepped in, it became clear: I wasn’t just completing tasks. I was diagnosing bottlenecks, rebuilding processes, and creating calm in businesses operating in chaos. My corporate leadership experience and strategic thinking were making a far bigger impact than inbox management ever could.
